Regular Meetings

Monthly Directors meetings of the AA&AT Board will be held the 3rd Saturday of each month at 10:00 a.m. and conducted under Roberts Rule of Order. Currently meeting are being held at the Chehalis Tribe Senior Center on the Chehalis Indian Reservation in Oakville, Washington.

Annual Meeting

The Annual Meeting of AA&AT will be held on the third Saturday of the month in July, starting at 10:00 a.m. Location to be determined by the Board of Directors. Notification as to the location and anticipated agenda shall be sent or emailed no later than 4 weeks prior to the meeting date to the membership.

Special meetings

A special meeting may be called and adequate written notice stating stating time, location, and purpose will be given.
